Whether electricity, gas, water or heat meters – with mechanical or electronic display: With the pixometer scan function meter readings are easily, reliably and quickly captured using special image recognition (OCR) and correctly assigned to the meter using barcode recognition. pixolus regularly provides updates with improvements in recognition performance, support of new meter types and adaptations for the latest iOS and Android versions or new smartphone and tablet models. The new version 3.5.0 contains a number of improvements, for example adaptations for Android 10 and iOS 13 and a new automatic mode for the camera torch to improve the scanning performance.
